The Chat by Category API allows users to ask questions related to a specific product category. The request requires a brand_id in the path and a message in the body, along with widget_id, category, and a list of external_product_ids to define the targeted products. The response includes a generated reply along with supporting documents, reviews, related questions, brand guidelines, and metadata used in the response generation.
