This API enables conversational interactions about a specific product using an LLM. The brand_id is required in the path, while the request body must include user_message, widget_id, and external_product_id, with an optional external_variant_id. The response contains the AI-generated answer along with supporting documents, reviews, related questions, product context, and any brand guidelines used to generate the response.
